- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 4-5 curry leaves
- 2 sliced tomatoes
- 3 thin sliced potatoes
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp paprika Powder
- 1 tsp roasted crushed Coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp roasted cumin
- 1 tsp kalounji
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 sliced green chilli
- 2-3 tbsp chopped Coriander
Instructions to make to make Desi Nashta
- Add milk in a pan add water in it then let it boil then add tea and sugar and let it cook then strain and add in the cup and put aside
- Beside this for potatoes fry add oil in a pan then add cumin and curry leaves then add tomatoes and simmer for 5 mints then add potatoes slices
- Then fry for few mints then add all spices and salt then add 1/4cup water and cover and let it cook until potatoes tenderize..
- Then garnish green chilli and Coriander and put aside..
- Then for parhata dough add flour in a pan then add water and salt and mix knead it well then apply ghee over dough and put aside
- Left for 15 mints then again knead it then make small balls and apply dry flour over it roll with rolling pin then add it over tawa then add oil and fry them until it was done then serve with tea and potatoes fry
