- 2 tbsp Fresh Malai or ghee
- Salt as per taste
- For stuffing.
- 5 boiled potatoes
- 1/2 cup boiled green peas
- 1/2 cup Grated paneer
- 1 green chilli
- 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
- Salt as required
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp jeera
- Pinch heeng
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp dhania powder
- 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Chopped fresh coriander
Instructions to make to make Stuffed Batis
- First knead a little tight dough of wheat flour.....adding salt and malai...and keep it aside fr 15min...
- Now fr making stuffing...take a pan...add oil when heated add mustard seeds,heeng and jeera....when splutters add green chilli and ginger paste.....then add boiled and mashed potatoes....then.add boiled green peas...mix and cook till it leaves oil....then add grated paneer.and mix well...this gives a very good taste to batis...add lastly garam masala and amchoor...sprinkle fresh corianndeer...

- Now take small balls of dough...rolls into thick puris...stuff the aloo paneer masala and cover it and close it properly....repeat the process with the whole dough....
- Now keep the batis in oven preheating it...on medium flame....bake til Golden brown on all sides...keep on rotating in between so that batis don't turn black or burnt....

- Ur golden brown stuffed batis r ready to serve with mixed dal or gatte ki sabzi
